How well do you know you? I am not referring to the person you see in the mirror, that does your daily duties. The “you” I am referring to is the true you that whispers your biggest hopes, dreams, deepest desires in your ear. The “you” that sometimes get stuck and repeats the same self defeating pattern(s) again and again. The “you” that is yearning to be honored.

The Sacred Practice is the art of honoring our soul. It is listening. It is a way of living by the soul. It is remembering why we are here, in this body, what purposes we are here to fulfill. It is having the ability to be fluid. It is learning to ask the right questions, to not accept the surface level answers we give ourselves.

How is this even possible in our busy world?

There are many ways. It starts with time proven teachings that assist us in achieving our Soul, Spirits freedom in life. Its focus draws from practices of integration, evaluating ones whole being, allowing the prompts from experiences in life, nature to illuminate areas, parts of ourselves that had remained in the dark. The Sacred Practice uses practices of observation, affirmation, and clearing to refine skillsets, what we allow to remain with us, what abilities we choose to develop. The Sacred Practice is about building the ability to remember who we truly are, why we are here and the work we have come to do.

Here is a truth that many may not share with you: What works for me may not work for you. That is the absolute truth and the basis of my significant amount of study. There is no right way. There isn’t just a single one way to make anything happen. What I have found in my years of practice and in guiding others is that some things work for some, some things work for some today. What that means is we must be fluid and open to listening to what our soul needs and the changes going on. Expect change. Expect growth. Expect that if it works for you today if you are changing and growing so will how you listen, sit with grace with your soul.

Is this right for me?

Only your soul knows. What I can offer is the promise that you will have possibility, exposure to more tools to connect you to you, from more lineages than you can imagine. I promise that if you stay consistent, don’t cheat yourself, all the proof you could ever need will be yielded in the results of your life… How you feel, how you view the world, whether you are living your soul’s path.

Is it a Religion?

These methods, ancient technologies align with any and all or even no religion. It has absolutely no bearing on the results of methods. When I work with individuals 1:1 I assist you in making it your own. In groups settings, everyone is able to create, adapt it to their own. So whether you identify as this or that or nothing at all ~This is about getting a clearer connection to you!

It’s about understanding the science behind why it works. It’s about feeling the benefits because it works. It’s about seeing the way you see the world, your world change and about allowing it all to unfold.
